女副校长诉男校长
（吉隆坡6日讯）华小女副校长不满被当众丑化，甚至面对言语性骚扰，愤而入禀法庭起诉同校男校长诽谤，要求名誉赔偿。

她在诉状中指该校男校长，当众拿着她21岁时的照片，表露满脸猥亵及不屑神情丑化她，已在言语上对她构成性骚扰。

这宗诉讼是我国杏坛上，首宗女副校长起诉同校男校长；目前这两名正副校长，仍在同一间学校任职。

起 诉人是来自隆市安邦路中华女校国民型华文小学（中华华小）女副校长张惠芬，她因不满该校校长陈圣才（56岁），处理一宗家长投诉孩子遭副校长虐待及欺负事 件上，对她作出毫无根据的指责、滥用校长职权及公开在言语上对她....
